Empowering Cameroon’s Most Vulnerable Communities
DEHFOPAD Corporation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2026 by Divine Etiba, a U.S. Army veteran with deep personal roots in Cameroon. Our foundation was established to bridge critical gaps in resources, education, and social support for children, families, and communities affected by economic hardship and regional instability.
Today, DEHFOPAD operates on the ground in the Southwest Region of Cameroon – beginning in Ebamut village, Bangem Sub-Division, Kupe-Muanenguba Division – delivering targeted educational relief, humanitarian aid, and peacebuilding programs directly to the families who need them most.

Educational Support & Back-to-School Initiatives

Textbooks, uniforms, school supplies, and tuition coverage that keep vulnerable children in school. 150+ students supported in our first campaign.
School Infrastructure & Resource Enhancement
Active Program
Furnishing classrooms and delivering instructional materials to under-resourced rural schools, so students and teachers have the foundation to succeed.
Community Humanitarian & Emergency Relief
Active Program
Emergency food, hygiene kits, and basic household aid delivered directly to internally displaced families and communities facing acute hardship.
Peacebuilding, Youth Empowerment & Civic Engagement

Our First Chapter: Back-to-School in Ebamut Village
On August 27, 2026, DEHFOPAD launched its inaugural humanitarian campaign in Ebamut village, Bangem Sub-Division, deep in Cameroon’s Southwest Region. Families in this area face compounded hardship – regional instability, economic strain, and limited access to basic educational resources.
Working directly with local school administrators and community leaders, we distributed comprehensive back-to-school kits – textbooks, notebooks, writing materials, uniforms, and backpacks – and covered full tuition and registration fees for 30+ orphans and vulnerable children. Over 250 individuals were directly impacted in a single day.
For many of these families, this was the difference between their children starting the 2026/2027 academic year on time – and not starting at all.
